There is a small bicycle rack on Washington Street, but it fills up quickly. Bicycles are frequently locked to every parking meter and various street signs on Washington from Chicago to Custer. I recommend removing one on-street car parking space and installing approximately 20 on-street bike parking spaces. Something like this would be good:
