Trash cans and a recycle bind that is used for trash and garbage sit at the rear pavement of this city lot everyday. Rodents, cats and coons eat from the trash/garbage. Cans and trash placed there by the residents of the 3000 block of Dakota st. which is the rear of the lot. Please have the cans removed. This is a violation.
